Production Testing Procedures

Cell Balancing

Battery cells are balanced during charging to ensure uniform capacity, voltage consistency and extended cycle life across the entire pack.

BMS Safety Checks

Battery Management System functionality is verified: over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and temperature protection responses.

High / Low Temp Testing

Products undergo temperature cycling tests to verify safe operation and performance consistency across the rated operating temperature range.

Burn-In Aging

Assembled battery packs undergo charge-discharge burn-in cycling to identify early-life defects and confirm performance before shipment.

Packaging Drop Test

Finished goods packaging is drop-tested to verify product protection during international shipping and handling.

Final QC Inspection

100% final inspection before packaging: visual, electrical, functional and documentation checks against the order specification.

Available certifications vary by product platform and target market. Common certifications include UN38.3, CE and IEC standards.
