FAQ

Comprehensive Energy Storage FAQ

Answers to common product, purchasing, customization and OEM/ODM questions.

Products

LINQDOM offers three residential energy storage platforms: Wall-Mounted (5–16 kWh), Mobile (7.5–50 kWh) and Rack-Mounted (5–15 kWh). All platforms support flexible configuration, private labeling and OEM/ODM manufacturing.
Wall-Mounted systems are designed for indoor residential wall installation, typically used for home backup and solar self-consumption. Rack-Mounted systems use a modular stackable design for larger energy storage needs, often in dedicated utility rooms or larger residential setups. Mobile units are portable for flexible placement and temporary or backup power needs.
Supported applications include solar self-consumption optimization, home backup power, off-grid energy storage, peak load shaving, time-of-use energy management, and portable/movable power supply. Each platform is optimized for specific use cases.
Wall-Mounted: 5–16 kWh. Mobile: 7.5–50 kWh. Rack-Mounted: 5–15 kWh. Capacity customization is available within platform ranges. Capacities outside these ranges can be discussed for 100-unit MOQ projects.

MOQ

For private labeling with your logo on standard product platforms, the MOQ is 1 unit. For deep custom configurations (custom capacity, tailored BMS communication, specialized App, and custom packaging), the MOQ starts from 100 units.
Yes. 100 units is the starting MOQ for deep custom configurations including custom capacity outside platform ranges, tailored BMS communication, specialized App development, and custom-printed packaging.
Yes. Sample orders can be arranged before mass production. Sample lead time is communicated with every quote. We support the full path from sample to production.

Private Label

Yes. Standard platforms support logo, front-panel, color and packaging customization, allowing you to ship under your own brand. No new tooling is required for logo application on standard platforms.
No. Standard platforms use existing molds. Custom enclosures for unique form factors are subject to a 100-unit MOQ and tooling discussion.
Yes. Front panel customization is supported on standard platforms. Fully custom front panel designs start at 100 units.
Yes. Custom-printed packaging, retail-ready boxes and branded inserts can be configured as part of the project. Custom packaging starts at 100 units.

OEM / ODM

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you provide the specification and brand, and we manufacture. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means you provide the market requirement and target positioning, and we help you select and configure the right product platform — including capacity, communication, appearance and App.
Yes. ODM service includes helping you select the right product platform (Wall-Mounted, Mobile, Rack-Mounted) based on your target market, capacity range and target price.
Yes. OEM manufacturing accepts customer specifications for product configuration, quality standards and branding requirements.

Technical

LINQDOM products support common communication protocols including CAN and RS485. Verified inverter compatibility information is available in our product datasheets. Contact us for specific inverter compatibility confirmation.
Rack-Mounted systems support modular capacity expansion by stacking additional battery modules. Wall-Mounted and Mobile expansion capabilities depend on the specific platform configuration. Contact us for expansion options.
Each LINQDOM platform uses an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) designed for safety, performance monitoring and communication with compatible inverter systems. BMS specifications vary by platform and capacity configuration.
LINQDOM performs multi-stage quality control from incoming materials inspection through assembly, testing and finished goods verification. All products are tested to meet international standards including UN38.3, CE and IEC requirements where applicable.
